Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Toronto and the Trump Residences Toronto have joined forces in delivering the full luxury treatment instantly to new property buyers. For as many as four penthouse units, the luxury residence will offer purchasers the inclusion of a Rolls-Royce. A Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II sedan or a Rolls-Royce Wraith coupe will be offered to the penthouse buyer with the property. The new residents receiving a Rolls-Royce are going to be provided the opportunity to tailor their car to their tastes. The luxury vehicle is by no means a refrigerator or flat screen television. In Canada, the retail price for the Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II starts at around $286,750 while the Wraith's price tag is $294,025.

For those who are curious, published reports have put the costs of some penthouses within the Trump Residences Toronto at around 9.4 million dollars. Last year, the 11,755 square-foot 58-story so-called "super penthouse" was listed on the market for 33 million dollars.
